§  Overlook at the Rim, San Antonio, Texas – 150,000 sf speculative office building, LEED Gold certified.

§  The Tradewinds, Houston, Texas – 17 building, 324 unit apartment complex.

§  Sweetwater Ranch, Austin, Texas – 1,500 home community.

§  Private Residence, Horseshoe Bay, Texas – 6,000 sf private residence with dock.

§  The Residences at 2211 Camelback, Phoenix, Arizona - luxury 12 story 90 unit high-rise condominium project with 4 levels of below grade parking.

§  Plaza Harbor Island, Tampa, Florida - 17 Story condominium tower on a 4 story podium, 142 units, 4 levels of parking in podium with units in tower and wrapping podium.  First of three towers.

§  The Saxony, South Beach, Florida - 3 condominium buildings, 2 - 15 story buildings with 2 levels parking below grade and 1 - 7 story building with 5 levels of parking above grade wrapped by units.

§  The Trillium, Bethesda, Maryland - 3 condominium buildings, 9 stories, 200 units, 4 levels of parking below grade.

§  Cornerstone 3, Plantation, Florida - 110,000 sf speculative office building.

§  1100 Campus Road, Princeton, New Jersey- 167,000 sf speculative office building.

§  LEED certification for a large insurance company’s 675,000 sf Western Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ.  Project received LEED Certification in May of 2005.

§  Day Care and Fitness Center, Houston, Texas - 28,451 sf two-building build-to-suit.

§  RidgeView at Westfields, Fairfax County, Virginia - a 267,000 sf 3 building campus project. 

§  900,000 sf, 9 building, 120 acre technology campus in Memphis for a large corporate shipping company.

§  NFL - new stadium in Nashville Tennessee. 

§  $10 Million rehabilitation project for the U S Navy in Bremerton, Washington.
